You record and control financial transactions to ensure accurate accounts. You manage balance sheet reconciliations and find solutions to explain variations. You actively participate in the monthly and annual closing of accounts. You ensure compliance with accounting rules (local and group) to be 100% compliant. You propose new ways of doing things and contribute to the constant improvement of our processes. You advise your colleagues (stakeholders) and help them better understand the figures. We are looking for a curious and committed teammate, ready to grow with us. Your mindset is what matters, more than your perfect background. You are organized and manage your priorities to meet important deadlines. You have a strong team spirit: you collaborate and communicate easily with everyone. You enjoy continuous learning to stay up-to-date in accounting and on new tools. You have good problem-solving abilities and are solution-oriented. You have obtained a degree in Finance or Accounting. You speak French and/or Dutch. Speaking English is a plus. It is a plus if you already have knowledge of internal control or financial reporting. Your work pace is based on standard office hours. You know how to be flexible, as there are key moments, such as the closing period. You define your own development plan to progress in your role.
